Please send one printed copy of the final manuscript along with the Copyright Transfer Form by REGULAR MAIL to the above address no later than August 31, 2009 *All copyrights of the your manuscript, including the rights in electronic publishing, are transferred to the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) of Japan.
