Recently, Radar on Car and Personal Area Network with incompression and high speed have been developed. In the millimeter-wave range, low-loss ceramics are superiority, and silicates ceramics with low dielectric constant are candidate because of formation high-accuracy. Rader on Car should be near zero temperature coefficient.
